Breast enlargement, medically known as augmentation mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure to enhance the size and shape of a woman's breast. There are a number of reasons why this procedure is chosen:

To enhance the body contours of a woman who, for personal reasons, feels her breasts are too small
To restore breast volume lost due to weight loss or following pregnancy
To achieve improved symmetry when breasts are moderately disproportionate in size and/or shape
To improve the shape of breasts that may sag or which have lost firmness. Note - surgery for this purpose is often used in conjunction with a breast lift procedure
To provide the foundation of a replacement breast contour when a breast has been removed or disfigured by surgery for breast cancer treatment
To create the appearance of a breast that is missing or disfigured due to trauma, heredity, or congenital abnormalities
To enhance the appearance of breasts according to the perceptions of the individual client.

Womens' breasts have long been a sign of beauty and womanliness. By inserting an implant behind each breast, our surgeon is able to increase a woman's bust line by one or more bra cup sizes, depending on the individual.

The surgery consists of inserting a prosthesis filled with silicone gel or saline under the mammary gland or breast muscle. There are 3 possible areas through which prostheses can be inserted: in the infra-mammary fold, around the nipple-areola complex or within the arm pit. The surgery takes between 1 and 2 hours.
Both teardrop and round implants are available in a range of sizes. Different women suit different shapes to produce the desired look. Our surgeon will offer professional advice during your consultation.

What about recovery?
Patients stay in hospital for 1 night post surgery. The operation is under intravenous sedation(you are asleep)

What about convalescence?
The stitches are dissolvable and disappear around two weeks after surgery. Patients should wear special bras for 1 month after the operation.
3 nights stay in Poland is recommended.
